Welcome to Greyed Out! I have enjoyed crafting and creating for several years now, and just recently graduated with a degree in theater, with an emphasis on costume design. As my shop grows and expands I will be increasing the selection of costume-themed items, and hope to have a variety of waistcoats, vests, doublets, and shirts available eventually.
I get many of my ideas from my hobbies and my reading, and I'm a voracious reader of fantasy and science-fiction. Recently I created a line of dice bags focused on roleplaying stereotypes - the Wizard, the Fool, the Traveler, and so on - and I also love working on the miniature houses that I make. Originally intended as terrain for tabletop games like Warmachine, Warhammer, and Malifaux, I find that they are art pieces in their own right.
Having worked previously in the restaurant industry, customer service is important to me, and I try my best to make sure that you know what stage of the creation process your item is in, and when it ships I try to send out a tracking number immediately.
The past few years I've become fascinated by the steampunk subculture, and I hope to do more costume items based on that.

Shipping Information

We try our best to ship out items at least twice a week using USPS Priority Mail; we also attempt to keep you updated on your item's status and notify you with tracking information as soon as the package leaves our hands. Occasionally an item may take several days to create, and we strive to communicate this to the best of our ability.
In regards to international shipping, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any customs charges our items may incur, and we also cannot track packages once they leave our hands at the post office.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to fix the situation. In case of returns, buyer pays return shipping and receives a refund as soon as we have the item returned to us.

Extra Information

Working with a background in theatrical costume, I do my best to ensure that each item can stand up to the rigors of use and wear. Should something occur to your item through natural use, please let me know and we will do our best to fix any damages.
