I am a geeky artist girl, filled full of all geeky and art goodness.

I'm in love with color. My world is full of color, as are my dreams. Since 2007, I've been doing more fiber art. Creating happy grr scary monsters from yarn. Born straight from the depths of my mind, no patterns for me. The little monsters that come out of the yarn from crocheting are grrry cute.

I read a lot of books. Mainly science fiction. I attend lots of science fiction conventions like OddCon, Wiscon, Minicon, Convergence, Windycon, and Capricon. I run the art show at OddCon.

I love roller derby. I can't skate it but volunteering is just as good. I've been on staff for the Mad Rollin Dolls here in Madison for the past few years.

I have a life less lived. It's filtered through Lupus and Adult Stills disease (juvenal rheumatoid arthritis). Most of my life is in a great deal of pain and fatigue, but I hid it well. I've been on disability since 2005. I use meditation, mindfulness, and making grr monsters to keep me in a good healthy mind state.
