Shipping Information

I ship via Australia Post.
Orders over $30 are shipped via Registered Mail for Australia buyers. Orders under $30 are shipped via regular mail for Australia buyers. Shipping is free for Australian buyers
For overseas buyers I will ship ordinary airmail, unless you request insurance or international registered. If this is what you require, please contact me first so I can get a price for you.
All items will be carefully packaged.
Items will shipped within 48 business hours of payment clearing.
Items posted to Australian addresses should arrive at their destination within a week, but delays caused by Australia Post cannot be controlled by me.
International customers should allow 14 - 21 days for delivering, although it has been known for parcels to arrive in less than a week.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns will only be accepted if the goods arrive damaged. Maximum refund will be 90% of price paid (including original shipping) and will refund will not be made until goods are returned. Refund is only offered for goods that arrived damaged. I cannot accept any liability for lost mail, although if the package is insured I will refund 90% of the price paid once I receive the insured amount.

Extra Information

Items listed are not intended for children, nor should children, especially those under 5, play with these pieces as they contain small parts that could come lose and present a choking hazard.
