Shipping Information
Your Hair Hugz will be shipped by Canada Post within 2-3 days of your payment.
We ship to the address on file with your Paypal.
No delivery confirmation or insurance is included in shipping fees listed. If insurance is requested, purchaser will be responsible for additional shipping fees. Please contact us prior to purchase if any additional shipping options are required.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final, unless due to an error on our part.
If there is a problem with any item you purchase from Hair Hugz, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
We will gladly replace a damaged item within a reasonable time frame from date of purchase.
Extra Information
Paypal payment only please, unless local. Will accept cash for local pickups in Rockwood, Ontario.
Payment is expected within 24 hours, or order will be cancelled. Please contact us if you need more than 24 hours to make your payment, special arrangements can be made.

As with all small items that could pose a choking hazard,
Hair Hugz and MadisonBelle No-Slip Clippies are to be used under adult supervision only.
Customer must acknowledge that although we take great care securing embellishments on our MadisonBelle Clippies, it is possible that small pieces could detach from our clips and pose a choking risk to young children.
Customer agrees that use of MadisonBelle Clippies hair clips and Hair Hugz hair ties is entirely at customer's own risk.
