I am a stay-at-home, homeschool mom. I recently re-discovered my love of sewing, and, being on a shoe-string budget, had to find cost-effective (aka-free) ways to come up with materials for my projects. And so Hand-Me-Down Designs was born. I begged my friends for their unwanted jeans and went to work. I love finding ways to take an old pair of pants and make it into a useful and attractive product.
