Here you will find answers to most of your questions. If your question is not addressed here, please contact me, and I will answer as quickly as I can.

Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, unless other arrangements are made prior to the sale.

For shipping outside the USA, please contact me for rates prior to the sale.

Once I have mailed your order, I am not responsible for losses, damages, or theft. If you wish to add insurance or any other options to your order, please contact me prior to the sale.

I will combine shipping on all orders.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must be in their original packaging in NEW and UNUSED condition. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your merchandise. For all returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to me. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to me, and I will pay the shipping to send you the exchanged items.

Extra Information

I am sorry, but I do not provide any patterns for any of the handcrafted finished items that I make.

All handcrafted items are made to order, so it may take a few days depending on what you order. If you need to know how long it will take, please contact me before you order. Usually it takes about 3 days to complete an order, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. I also try to keep at least one of everything listed in stock at all times, so I may be able to ship right away.

Please note that all the colors on this website are not exact and are only as good as the internet and individual computer equipment allows. If you need a color sample, please contact me, and I will send you color samples.
