Shipping Information

Purchases are shipped by USPS within 3 days (usually same day) of receipt of payment.

Please let me know if you would like insurance or other services added to your shipment (additional fees).

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
All domestic USA items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, this service is already included in the shipping fees. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Unfortunately, the US postal service does not offer a tracking service on FCI postage. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade the shipping method to include tracking.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please let me know.

I will accept the return of any item (except custom orders, see below) in its original condition for a full refund excluding shipping costs within 2 weeks of purchase date.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees including Certificate of Mailing and Insurance appropriate to purchase price.

All items are from a smoke-free, cat-friendly environment.

I am happy to accept requests for custom orders. Please let me know what you would like! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders.
