Hello! Handcrafting jewelry is what I like to do. I prefer to use wire-wrapped loops with .925 sterling silver for long term wear and I believe it adds style to the everyday designs offered here. Handcrafted items should be treated with care and stored safely to avoid damage by heavier items.

I sell my jewelry under the business name of Hannah's Gemstone Jewelry which is a sole proprietorship.

A great amount of effort has been made to capture the details of every product with both photos and descriptions so that you can see what you're buying. My supplies are from reputable wholesalers located here in the United States and so I'm able to bring you great quality items at an affordable price. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need adjustments made to a finished piece, such as length, earwire, or have a personal touch added by choosing beads to match your birthstone and outfit.

Please note: My supplier is a member of "The American Gem Trade Association". AGTA)is an association of United States and Canadian natural colored gemstone and cultured pearl industry professionals dedicated to promoting the natural colored gemstone trade. They use a higher standard than the Federal Trade Commission's Guides for the Jewelry Industry on disclosing colored gemstone enhancements.

Materials:Sterling silver, stainless steel, surgical steel, pewter, plated base metal-nickle-free and lead-safe. Please read descriptions carefully. Sections are listed for a more calculated browsing or use the Search Box at the top.

Shipping Information

Shipping Methods:

Items are shipped via The United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping cost are reflective of First Class shipping. The weight shown under the shop listings are for the total weight of the package (product plus packaging).

Shipping and Delivery Time:
Orders are shipped 1-3 business days once payment has been cleared.

Allow 2-5 business days for delivery within the United States.
Allow 2-3 weeks delivery to international countries.

Shipping and delivery can be longer because of holidays and or customs regulations in the destination country. For international customers if there is a delay on arrival time please check with your local customs or your local post office.

International Customers:

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us (Hannah's Gemstone Jewelry), you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. I am required to fill out a Customs form for all International packages being shipped. This form will list the value of your order's contents by product type; for example, Earring value: $16.00

Please note that I may not be able to ship to your country because its laws prohibits jewelry items from entering the country. Countries of note: (United Arab Emirates, Togo, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Romania, Qatar, Ethiopia, Indonesia).

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, contact me within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order, should you change your mind about your purchase. Return postage must be at your expense. In the case of refunds only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

Your first and last name,
Customer id number,
Order number,
Order date and date received,
Billing and shipping information,
Details about your item (including product code, product name, size, color, and the quantity(ies) you wish to return).
Please state the reason(s) for wanting to return the product(s). Thank you.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges on earrings.

Items must be returned in original condition and original package (jewelry box, ribbon, anti-tarnish bags etc.)with the original packing slip (save a copy for your records).
