I ship usps for lower shipping rates. If you request you can pay for prority mail. Custom orders will take longer for delivery and I will specify when the item will be shipped. I ship all of my items nicely, neatly, and promptly. If anything arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, I can not be held responsible unless you have paid for shipping insurance. This is NOT added automatically under the shipping charges. Please specify if you would like this option. I will be happy to add it to the listing for you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. You must return within 48 hours from the time your purchase is delivered. Items must be return in the same condition for full credit. Credit will not be issued for shipping cost. A 15% restocking charge will apply. Item(s) may not be returned without prior notification. Items not returned within 48 hours from the time of delivery or if the item(s) are not returned in the same condition as received the item will be returned to sender.
