Heartworks's Shop Policies
Thank you for visiting my shop on Zibbet. I love that Zibbet opens up the opportunity for people like you and me to buy and sell handmade and unique artworks at more affordable pricing. Striving for good customer service is important to me and I welcome your feedback, questions and suggestions.
Paypal is the choice method of payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use your credit card through Paypal. All purchases will be shipped within 2-3 business days as soon as payment is cleared and you will be notified once your order ships.
Shipping is by air from Singapore via SingPost for international customers and via local mail for customers in Singapore. For peace of mind (yours and mine), all packages will be Registered to facilitate delivery confirmation and tracking. Insurance, if required, is possible at a minimal cost. All custom duties/taxes (should there be any incurred) shall be borne by the customer.
The product will be carefully packed in a black gift box and shipped in a bubble mailer for additional protection.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Should there be any problem with the item shipped to you, please advise me without delay and I will do my best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Where appropriate, a refund of your payment will be honored upon your return of the item within 15 days (shipped back at your expense and with the original packaging).
In the case of an item lost in transit, you may choose (1) a refund of your payment or (2) a refund in kind, i.e. a merchandise exchange based on your choice of a similarly priced item.
Every piece of ceramic art purchased will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
If you see something you would like to have in a different size or color, do write me and I will see what I can do just for you.
I will be happy to provide discounts - of up to 25% - for larger orders. Please contact me for more information.
