Cute Little Treasures reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified. Cute Little Treasures holds all rights to the products. By purchasing these products you are bound to all in agreement.

ALL DIGITAL PAPERS may be used for digital cards, digital scrapbooking, and stationary as long as it is not sold as a template. It must be made into a card..etc

Commerical Use Items labeled Commercial use are intented for designer resources and may not be used as a whole. You may not sell them as a clipart set, collage sheets, digital downloads, or clipart. They must be altered in some form.
You may not sell them as a whole package.
No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you as a result of downloading or buying such Content. Cute Little Treasures reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content.

Graphics may not be claimed as your own.

COMMERCIAL USE

YOU MAY USE FOR SMALL BUSINESS (etsy, ebay, your websites, craft shows, your small business all great uses!)ITEMS are ALWAY SHIPPED (if paid) within 24 hours, if you don't receive yours please contact me and we will get them resent.

I do not charge the additional fee to use my clipart and papers commerically without credit.

I just ask you follow my TOU.These terms are for SMALL commercial use. Any type of big commercial use must contact Cute Little Treasures.

Birthday Sets (banners, cards, games, cupcake toppers, as long as it is a printed item)
Clothing
Logos
Printed Wedding Design and Décor
Printed Home Decor
School Related Items

You may sell as part of digital scrapbooking set stationary, as long as it is sold as a printed form.

You may NOT use for
Zazzle and CafePress (items are already currently for sale through these websites)
Collage sheets
Clip art or AS ISSVG Files
Digital File or Digital Download (digital cards may be sold in JPEG flattened images)
Catalog use with out consent
Contest Use without permission or must credit Cute Little Treasures
Rubber Stamps without Cute Little Treasuers consent

You may not use for digital scrapbooking, clipart or digital stationary unless written consent by Cute Little Treasures. There is an additional license fee and I must approve. You may contact Cute Little Treasures for additional terms of the usage.

Collage Sheets may NOT be sold as a digital or printed page. You may not sell or share the printed collage sheets. No exceptions on collage sheets.

Shipping Information

All digital items will be shipped via email address provided through PayPal. All other items will be shipped via USPS.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Digital items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. All sales on digital items are final. All other items may be returned and a refund will be given within 7 days of receiving the item.
