Thank you for visiting my shop. I am new to this type of selling, most of mine recent selling has been face to face so I will probably be revising this page as I get more experienced. I have hesitated to open a store because the shipping aspect has been so intimidating; what company, how much to charge and so on. Please excuse my lack of knowledge as I learn about these things.

Shipping Information

I am putting my bows up for sale first, if you order one week will ship them out on the Friday of the next week. They are in my showroom at Market and located some distance from me so would like to have several orders to make it profitable to get them and ship. I have looked into shipping cost on them and Fed Ex is $20 for shipping, insurance and cost of supplies to ship. They will arrive in 2-3 days, depending on where you live. I believe I can ship them cheaper and just as fast and will look into that option this week. I will ship overseas, will have to check on those rates. As I stated, this is a learning curve for me so please be patient.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I will insure all merchandise so full refund if damaged in shipping. Because they are one of a kind, I may not be able to replace exact one so it will be up to you for replacement or refund. If the item is not as described and pictured, then a full refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment, your cost to ship back. I will try to describe and have sufficient pictures that you will know exactly what you are getting.

Extra Information

I have had several shops and did a lot of shipping before the postal service revised their rates so I am not completely a novice at this. In all that time, I only had one return of my merchandise. I will work with you to ensure your complete satifaction. In some cases, I will have to get back to you with shipping cost because I want to ensure you get the cheapest rates and so I may have to take the merchandise to the carrier to get quotes.
