I would like to introduce you to my shop policies and philosophy. Being a creative artist, many hours are necessary to produce a finished piece. My work is not mass produced. I take pride in taking my time and making lots of judgement calls on each piece of jewelry.
My goal is to make people happy that they share in the joy of owning and wearing my jewelry.
To make for happy results for you and my store, please read all my policies on shipping/refunds/exchange before purchasing. Thank you
Purchases will be mailed out of the USP on Monday of @ week for the exception of holidays. Mailed at a regular flat rate, purchases of over $40.00 will need to be insured. I will be glad to mail free of charge any additional items along with the first (1st) purchase.
All Packages will be wrapped safely and carefully to insure their safe and undamaged arrival. So carefully unwrap lots of protective materials.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Should your purchase arrive damaged, please return it immediately within (5) business days. Because my jewelry is one of a kind, it can't be replaced. I will however if it is not completely damaged try to restore the piece and reship back at no cost to you the buyer.
If damaged beyond repair I will be happy to refund the full amount of your purchase plus SH only if done so within (5 )business days.
If your purchase is lost in transit,no trace can be found of this item after 21 days. I will send you a full refund for your purchase plus SH. **please note the disclaimers notes in quotations**
I take pride in my work, trying to make something that is guaranteed to hold up under normal wear and tear. I refund 100% for damaged jewelry on arrival, lost in transit, wrong shipments. If returned within (5)working business days from buyer. There is a no exchange policy.
