Policies in brief:

Handspun by its nature is not as 'even' as machine spun yarn. I try to be as even as possible but in all handmade products, it is unique in that there will always be flaws.

SPECIAL ORDERS: I happily will take special orders paid in full. Need two colors spun together? A specific fiber? If you provide your own fiber, you get it done at a good deal.

Shipping Information

I use Canada post/USPS international unless a specific service is requested.

I will ship on the next available business day, failing any natural disasters that are out of my control.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds are available if you are unhappy with your product, minus postage and will be given after the item is returned to me. There is no return if the item is damaged or visibly used in any way. If you mail it to me claiming you didnt use it, and it shows up in unsellable condition, no refund for you.
