After arriving in Salt Lake from South Africa nearly 7 years ago, with little in the way of financial resources and 6 suitcases holding their worldly possessions. Craig and Karen came up with the idea of recycling vintage records into clocks. Developing a unique process using vintage vinyl records, heat and sealant, the result was the trendy clocks that now adorn the walls of offices and homes. Not only are they found in homes and offices across the State and country but have found their way to many parts of the world, including such places as France, Germany, Holland, Austria, Australia, Belgium Denmark, Japan and their native South Africa.

They have expanded their range of clocks to include all varieties of treasures turned into clocks, from plates, slate and teapots; basically they can “clock” almost anything. They will soon be introducing custom clocks using photos and even that special t-shirt.

Craig and Karen have been regular Vendors at both large and small Arts and Crafts Festivals across the State of Utah, from Raspberry Days at bear Lake to The Dickens Christmas Festival in St George. They have also been alternate Vendors at the popular Downtown Farmers Market in Salt Lake City.

The Unique and trendy Clocks have been featured on the morning shows of both Channel 2 and Fox 13, and have also been featured in the 2009 summer edition of the Salt Lake Magazine as well as the Travel Host magazine.
