If the original artwork is not what you want to invest in, then a limited edition artist print of that image, or a t-shirt is available. There is something for everyone and I hope you find something you like and feel is special in this shop. I have worked throughout my career on commissions painting landscapes, illustration works and family totems and would welcome the opportunity of speaking with you further on such pieces. Shipping Information

Delivery within Australia and overseas. Each piece is printed individually upon payment of order and therefore can take no more than three weeks before delivery. Although,I aim for a two week turn around. Please allow for this time when ordering. All prints will be sent safely packaged in a sturdy postal tube. All original artwork will be posted flat in safe art travel packaging. Within Australia, all original artwork will be sent by art courier. For overseas deliveries, of original artworks please email me at inheritanceartdesign@bigpond.com for shipping prices.
Insurance available for all limited edition prints, original artworks.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If prints or original artowrks are damaged on delivery, photographic evidence is required and receipt of damaged item to be returned to Inheritanceartdesign and replacement will be sent back to you. Credit note or exchange for change of mind is available. These item(s) MUST be returned in good and sellable condition in order for a full exchange or shop credit to be granted.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning change of mind purchases. All refunds, returns and exchanges must be completed within 1 week of receiving framed and unframed artwork and limited edition prints.

COPYRIGHT AND MORAL RIGHTS; RESALE OF THE WORK:
The artist Fern Martins retains all intellectual property, including all copyright, in the Work. Without limiting this, the purchaser must not reproduce the Work or let anyone else reproduce the Work without the Artist's prior written consent.
The purchaser will comply with the moral rights provisions contained within the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) in relation to the Artist's moral rights in the Work.
If the Purchaser sells the Work to a third party during the term of the Artist's copyright in respect of the Work, the purchaser agrees to pay the Artist or the Artist's estate a resale royalty: a) in accordance with any applicable artist's resale royalty scheme in effect under Australian law at the time of such sale: or b) if Australian law does not provide for such a royalty at the time of sale, in an amount of 5% of the sale price exclusive of GST up to a maximum amount of $20,000.

ACCESS TO THE WORK
The Purchaser must give, and use reasonable efforts to make sure that the artist is given, reasonable access to the Work so that the Artist or the Artist's representatives can: a) reproduce the Work; and
b) include the Work in public exhibitions, for a period of up to 6 months, or the duration of an exhibition.
The Artist:
a) must give the Purchaser at least 2 weeks' written notice that the Artist requires access to the work and the reasons for the access.
b) is responsible for safekeeping the Work while itis in the Artit's possession or contrl; and c) is responsible for the return of the work to the Purchaser or other owner.
Without limiting any rights that the Artist may have under Australian law, if the purchaser intends to destroy the Work, or is aware that the Work may be destroyed, the purchaser must use the Purchaser's best efforts to give the Artist a reasinable oppportunity to document or remove the Work or both, at the Artist's choice.If the Artist asks the Purchaser to return the Work, the Purchaser will use the Purchaser's best efforts to return the Work, or arrange for the Work to be returned, at no cost to the Artist.
