Welcome, and Thank you for taking a moment to take a look at Inspired's Shop Policies. We here at Inspired have tried to make our terms as simple as possible. At Inspired By Nature Tile Creations we make every effort to work with our clients honestly and efficiently, to make it your purchase as easy as possaible. I will answer your questions as quickly and honestly as I can, and I will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. All purchases need to be paid in advance through Paypal. Once payment has cleared then I will complete the order and leave feedback.
Each one of our tile carvings is a custom design with no duplications. This ensures, you, the client to have a one of a kind creation.
Shipping Information
We ship 7-10 days from receipt of payment.You are always welcome to check with me regarding the status of your order. Insurance can be placed on your order upon request.
All tiles are wrapped in a cardboard edging to protect egdes and corners. They are then bubble-wrapped and packed tightly in cartons or boxes filled with styro-foam pellets. We strive to use as much recyclable material as possible.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We will try to do our best to ensure your tile creation arrives safely.
If it should arrive damaged,we will strive to work out an agreeable solution for both parties.
Refunds are available, minus the shipping costs. Because our pieces are originals, exact replicas or duplicates are not available. You can, however, select a different piece or something similar within the originals' price range. Any questions or concerns,please contact us.
