Shipping Information
We ship in a timely manner, it can take up to 2-3 days if the item is being personalized. We will also ship internationally. We use the USPS to ship items and package them accordingly. When an item is shipped we will send a confirmation tracking number to you so that you are able to track your purchase.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We at JCB Design Studio strive to make you happy. If you feel that the item you received was incorrect or damaged please contact us within 2-3 days from receipt of the item. We will either replace the item or refund your money. The item must be in its original condition and unused upon returning to us. Thank you.
