In the U.S., 2.50 for the first item.
International buyers, 4.50 for the first item.

I am shipping from Canada, the standard in-transit times are as follows:
In Canada, packages can take 3-5 business days.
To the U.S., packages can take 6-12 business days.
Internationally, packages can take 7-21 business days.
During holidays, and high volume mailing times, delays in transit can cause packages to be delayed a few days.
