I am constantly thinking of new ideas for my jewelry. It is something I love to do and enjoy working with Murano glass and sterling silver.

Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 days of receiving Paypal payments.

DOMESTIC: I mail packages using USPS 1st class shipping. If you would like priority shipping, please send me a message. An added cost will occur for this option.

INTERNATIONAL: For international orders, please allow 2 week to receive package from shipping date, but be advised that shipping times may very because of customs. International buyers are responsible for taxes, fees, duties, etc. that might occur upon arrival.

Please allow 2 weeks for me to complete any custom orders(usually it does not take me that long).

I package all my jewelry in a pretty organza bag, bubble wrap and a padde envelope.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase from JKC Jewels. I try to represent the colors of the Murano glass correctly, but computer monitors are not all the same and may show the colors a little differently.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know so we can work on a solution. In the end if you are not completely satisfied, I will issue a refund or a store credit. What works for the customer, works for me!
