Shipping Information

All patterns are digital download PDF files that will be emailed to you upon receipt of your payment. You will be able to save and print your PDF pattern for your personal craft use.

PayPal Users:
I ship to the email address designated by your PayPal account. You can change the "ship to" email address in PayPal when you are making the payment for your purchase. If there is any possible confusion about your shipping email address, please contact me to clarify.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of these products, I do not accept returns on any PDF files purchased from this store, however if you lose your file, you may contact me for a replacement PDF.

Extra Information

When you purchase my digital files, you receive the right to use the design for your personal crafts. At this time, I am not granting the right to sell items using my designs.
