Welcome to Zibbet.com/Jan4insight! I hope your shopping experience is easy and pleasant. Currently the Zibbet shopping cart only allows for payment via PayPal. While this works great in most cases, I know there are some customers who have trouble with PayPal. For you, I'm willing to accept money orders. If you find your purchase isn't completed through PayPal, please message me via the contact link provided, and I'll send you instructions and address for money order payments. Thank you!
Shipping Information
My standard method of shipping is U.S. domestic or international First Class parcel, with delivery confirmation for US addresses. Large packages are shipped by Priority Mail (domestic and international). Shipping fees are determined by USPS fee schedule plus a small handling fee.~ I strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. I acknowledge every order when received, with an email to the customer.~I will send a notice telling you when your order is shipped, by what method, and giving your tracking code if one is available.~International shipping: Customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Please know that I strive to be fair in dealing with all of my customers, while also being fair to myself. This shop is a one-person operation, so I don't have the leeway to offer unlimited returns the way big-box stores do, for example. Nevertheless, your satisfaction is important to me, so let's see if we can find some happy middle ground!
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within three business days of receiving your shipment.~NO cash refunds - store credit only. Store credit is limited to the cost of the merchandize and does not include shipping or other charges.

CUSTOM WORK: Custom orders may be priced higher than comparable shop items. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work can proceed. Please contact me about your custom request.
ENVIRONMENT: All of my products are made in a smoke-free and fragrance-free home. There is, however, a cat on the premises.These policies are subject to change.
