Each of my leads is a hand-made original. They are all fully lined with a comfortable cotton fabric over polyester fleece padding. Different size leads have different weights of webbing and "D" rings. I try to put all of this information in the description. Please contact me with other questions or concerns.
I use our trusty old US Postal first class mail service for shipping and usually have an order shipped in a day or so. Weekends and holidays can add a bit to that. On domestic orders the post office is pretty good. They seldom lose a package and I usually don't go to the extra expense of insurance. If you do happen to be one of the unlucky few who don't receive your order, let me know. If it's truly lost, Ill replace it or give you a full refund.
Unfortunately, international orders are a little more "iffy". The only way to get tracking and insurance on these is to use Express Mail, which is prohibitively expensive, so I use first class mail here too. This is much slower. A package can take several days or weeks to arrive; patience is a must. If it genuinely does not arrive, I'll refund your purchase price.

I guarantee all of my work. If you have any problems or are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your lead for a refund or exchange.
