Shipping Information
Regular delivery is with Japan Post SAL economy air.
Expect 7 to 21 days delivery worldwide. A very reliable service.
Postage rates given are averaged for medium-weight fabric and light packaging. Should the total postage and handling listed be more than required, I will upgrade to airmail delivery; 5 to 10 days delivery worldwide. Should that still be less than postage paid, I will refund excess postage through paypal. I make every effort to keep postage and handling reasonable.
Registered mail is available for an extra $4.10.

If you have problems with unreliable delivery, please use registered mail or EMS, contact me for a revised listing.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Lost items are not the responsibility of this shop. However if your item has not arrived after 45 days, please contact me and let me know, I will try to help. If you are worried about packages getting lost or if the mail delivery in your country is unreliable, I suggest paying extra for registered mail or EMS.
Customs remain the customer's responsibility. Customs forms from Japan will be labeled merchandise/commercial sample.
Returns accepted in original condition in original packaging up to 28 days after purchase. Return postage will not be refunded.

Japanese and Australian residents are welcome to ask about bank transfer. Australian residents may pay with cheques drawn on an Australian bank.
Every effort is made to describe and photograph items accurately and carefully. Please be aware that the item may seem slightly different (hopefully better) in real life.
