WELCOME to Java Jane Designs! My Alphabet Photo Art™ collection features a line of whimsical but striking black and white photography in which a series of architectural photographs are artfully arranged together to spell a name, a word, or an idea. An elegant gift for any occasion!
My quality line of custom letter art prints and name frames have been sold around the world and are enjoyed by collectors everywhere. Please let me know how I can create something unique for you today!
Shipping Information
► 4x6 prints and smaller items will be sent via USPS First Class Mail, generally the day after you order. You may upgrade to Priority Mail for an add’tl $3 (US) or $8 (Everywhere Else).
► Larger frames and unframed prints will be designed, approved, printed, custom framed, and shipped within 2 weeks, but timeframes are approximate so please allow ample time. These items will be sent via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, your order will generally arrive within 3-5 business days (within the US) depending on your location. Please refer to the Shop Announcements for the most current shipping timeframe and shop updates.
► Rush orders may be available if my schedule allows, for an additional fee. If you need speedier delivery or delivery by a specific date, please ask about expedited shipping options available before ordering. I'm unable to guarantee a delivery date, even with Priority Mail, unless a Guaranteed service is purchased. Additional shipping and rush fees will apply.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
► All custom artwork must be approved before your order can be mailed. Custom artwork/orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Java Jane Designs will not be responsible for any errors found after final proof approval. However, if I've made a mistake with your order, I will gladly replace your item at no cost.
► If you've approved a design that was incorrect and/or incorrect details were provided to me, please contact me to discuss replacement options.
► If you notice that any part of the order is damaged please notify me within 3 days and keep the box and ALL packaging materials. This is necessary in order to submit a claim with UPS and qualify for a remake.
► If your order is returned to me because an incorrect shipping address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply.
Extra Information
I reserve the right to photograph, post or sell again any design that originates as a custom order. All designs and content are copyrighted by Java Jane Designs. Copyrights do not transfer with purchase of items. Please respect the hours and years of hard work that have gone into my artwork and do not duplicate my designs or support those who have stolen my concepts and designs. Please don't be fooled by the copy-cats! I do report cases of copyright and trademark infringement as well as take legal action against infringers when necessary.
