Shipping Information

I always ship packages through USPS. My packaging will differ depending on which item I am shipping. I will ship first class with delivery confirmation. I am very willing to accommodate faster shipping, and I will request the extra money via PayPal.

I will ship your package within three business days of your purchase unless otherwise noted in my shop announcement or if you have a custom order. After I have shipped your package, I will contact you with the delivery confirmation number so you can track your package!

As per Paypal's policies, I will ship to the address you provide in Paypal, so please double check that it is up-to-date.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns for damaged items will be accepted within 14 days. Buyer (you) will pay for any shipping fees associated with a return. Purchase price (minus shipping) will be refunded after I receive the returned item in its original condition/packaging. No exchanges given.

I cannot accept returns on cat toys for health reasons, so if you have any issues, please contact me and I'll see what I can do.

Please note that exceptional circumstances WILL be taken into account :)

Extra Information

***Allergy note***
Please be aware that my home does include two cats and a dog, and while I do try to keep my crafts away from them, if you've ever known a cat (or had dog hair tumbleweeds on your floors), you know that can be near impossible sometimes! As such, please be aware that I cannot guarantee an absence of pet dander.
