Shipping Information

Many of my items are made to order, please allow the following time frames for the creation of each order (time frame does not include shipping days):

Most Orders: 1-3 Business Days
Custom Orders: 3-5 Business Days

Special circumstances is acknowledged, please contact me if an order needs to be rushed and I will do my best to accommodate. Otherwise, all orders are created and shipped on a first in, first out basis.

Items are shipped via:

USPS FIRST CLASS with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION shipping. A confirmation e-mail with tracking number will be provided once an order is shipped.

PRIORITY & RUSH shipping available for an additional charge and only upon request. Please notify me for an adjusted invoice if this option is selected.

INTERNATIONAL shipping is dealt case by case. Please contact me for further information.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important and I strive for excellence in my work. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let me know.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Unfortunately, there will be no returns or exchanges allowed on custom orders. Items have been personalized for its buyer and may not be resold.

ALL OTHER ITEMS
Exchanges or returns on items will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. All return items must be in their original, unworn condition and returned with its original packaging. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

IMPORTANT!!
1. Please notify me before returning any items.
2. All returns must be shipped via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
3. Refund will be credited once items are returned, inspected (items must meet minimum requirements as stated above) and approved.
