Shipping Information

We ship USPS. If you would like it shipped another way, simply let us know. We do our best to ship our orders out the same day or next day, but if we are busy it may take up to 5 business days to ship your order. If you need something in a hurry, please communicate this to us & we will do our best.

Please note that our owner is blind & because of this it may slows things down a bit, but we try not to let it. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Contact us if you want to return an item. Let's talk about it. Most of the time we will accept returns, but you must have a RAN (return authorization number). Returns must be made in 14 days.

Extra Information

Every order is shipped with each item gift wrapped and ready to give with a gift tag. Simply remove the business card for safe keeping.
