Shipping Information
All shipping is within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
Shipping to Canadian and Continental US destinations is via Canada Post. All other destinations please enquire for shipping to your location.
I am not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail. Please make sure all shipping addresses are correct.
U.S.A. and Canada: Insurance is included, tracking is NOT. If you'd like tracking on your package, please contact me for additional shipping quote.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
REFUNDS:
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, please contact me and I will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price of the item after I receive the original item undamaged (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please return it in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
I take great care in wrapping and packaging these items. If your package is damaged upon delivery--take a photo first before opening, then photo the contents. Please contact me to make necessary arrangements.
