Shipping Information
SHIPPING & HANDLING: I ship anywhere!
Shipping price for everything is the actual shipping cost of the item. Unfortunately I must also include a small handling fee to cover other costs (driving to the P.O., PayPal fee, etc.).
Shipping costs will always be combined when multiple items are purchased at the same time.
Any unused shipping cost will be refunded.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Are you displeased? Let's talk and we can work out something to our mutual satisfaction. Please contact me with your concerns regarding your order PRIOR to leaving feedback, as feedback should only be left at the finish of a transaction rather than in the middle of communication. I will do whatever I can to ensure your visit to A Different Kind of Pretty has been enjoyable.
Extra Information
MADE TO ORDER items have not yet been created and require at least a week to up to two weeks (depending on the size of the item) for creation.
OOAK (One-of-a-Kind) items are labeled in this way because they cannot be remade either because certain beads or charms are discontinued, or because of the complexity of the design. If you see something labeled OOAK that has sold, and you would like a similar item for yourself, please just send me a message and I will do whatever I can to recreate the piece for you, as similar to the original as possible.
Ltd. Edition items are labeled in this way because it is possible for me to make a duplicate with the supplies I have, however, there is no guarantee that at any given time Ltd. Edition items will not become discontinued. Ltd. Edition items listed may be the last available in that design.
It brings me great joy to make special request orders. Custom orders are always welcome. Please send me a message if you would like something special made.
Embroidery can be added to most textile items for a very small charge. Convo me with any questions or requests.
