My name is Helen and I make all of my products with great care to ensure the highest quality. I am committed to having completely satisfied (and repeat) customers. Have a browse through my listings and make a wish list for you or someone you love. Handmade is so much better than commercially made- my goal is to prove that to you!

Shipping Information

I expect payment via Paypal within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If I have no communication from you by that time, the order will be cancelled.

Juicybath Soapworks can ship anywhere that the mail delivers!

SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please make sure that the address on your Paypal account is the current one. I will ship directly to this address unless I am otherwise instructed. I like to ship as quickly as possible, so please let me know right away if you want your order shipped somewhere else.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME: My goal is to ship every order within 3 days of receipt of payment. If for some reason I am unable to ship within this time frame, I will contact you.

SHIPPING COSTS: Unfortunately, shipping out of Canada is quite expensive. Luckily, I live very close to the US border so I can ship from there at flat rates. Be assured that I will refund any overages to you via Paypal promptly. I only charge exact shipping & packing costs.

WITHIN CANADA: It is difficult to estimate shipping to all areas in Canada, so I will refund any overages via Paypal.

LOCAL TO VANCOUVER: Please contact me directly so we can arrange for pick up or delivery to avoid all shipping costs. In this case- please contact me before placing your order so I can create a custom listing for you.

INTERNATIONAL: I will ship internationally using the least expensive method possible. If you need your products more quickly, please contact me so I can get an estimate for faster methods.

CUSTOMS: I will not check "gift" on the customs form. This is not a service I can provide.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of Bath and Body products and for hygienic reasons, please understand that I cannot accept returns.

However, customer service is very important to me - if you are not satisfied please contact me immediately. Every attempt will be made to make sure you are happy with your products. Each situation will be handled on a case by case basis.
