Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop, I really love making custom jewellery pieces, particularly for brides-to-be, to make their day extra special.

Shipping Information

I ship out orders 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) to ensure the fastest possible delivery to you.
Shipping charges are between $3 and €5 (less on some items) to all destinations and an additional 50cent per extra item ordered. Please note this method cannot be tracked but is the most economical way to deliver.

If you would prefer to receive a tracking number for your order please specify this at checkout and I will contact you if there are any additional shipping charges.

If the order total exceeds $150 I will automatically ship via a recorded method at no extra cost. I will email you the tracking number so that the progress can be viewed online.

I ship to every country, please use a main address rather than P.O. Box number.

Delivery times are generally as follow:
USA 7 - 10 days,
Europe - 3-7 days,
Australia 7-10 days.

Please note I am not responsible for items being held up in International customs, this very rarely happens.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for refund. All sales are final.
Exchanges are possible and I will do my best to facilitate any customising you would like done. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of a faulty item.

Extra Information

I can produce multiple quantities of most items, so if you are looking for more than one, for bridesmaids for instance, do contact me and I will add a custom listing for you.
Each piece is delivered to you beautifully packaged in a gift box.
