Shipping Information
~ Item is being sent to you from Australia, please allow time for International delivery if you are outside of Australia. Postage is by normal Australia Post local road or Air Mail for International deliveries. Even though the postage is very reliable I take no responsibility if a package gets lost during delivery.
~ I will happily ship to all countries, if you are not listed please convo for postage quotes.
~ International buyers
Postage is always stipulated in the listing.
I will be using Australia Post Airmail for all international deliveries, as such there is no tracking available unless you upgrade to 'Registered Post International - for parcels up to 2kg' or 'Express Post International - for parcels up to 20kg'.

~ Australian buyers
I normally post jewellery in a CD Mailer therefore postage will be $2.50 or if buying multiple or bulky items postage will generally be $4.00.
Express Post and Registered Post are available upon request.
I will post items together to save on postage and I don’t change handling fees.
*** When I offer FREE worldwide postage it only is eligible for normal Air Mail and not Registered, Express or Insured parcels, those services will be paid by the buyer.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
~ I want you to be 100% happy with your purchases.
~ If your jewellery breaks, please return to me for repair. I do offer free repairs on any jewellery for 30 days after purchase, for design flaws only - not deliberate damage.
~ I will refund your purchase price within 14 days if there are any problems, postage is non-refundable.
~ Buyer to return items to me for repair/return at their own expense.

~ All designs are copyright to me Julie-Ann from Julie's Jewels, including all custom orders.
~ I have gift vouchers for those hard-to-buy-for presents.
~ Please let me know what you need and I will be happy to try and help, or change the findings to suit you - see below.
*** I use a variey of metals in my designs: Sterling Silver, Gold-Filled, Pewter, Copper and Silver and Gold Plated to name a few. I do this to cater for all price ranges and customer tastes, the plated metal and Copper jewellery is cheaper to make therefore sell than the Sterling and Gold-Filled designs.
If you see a design in a metal you don't like please convo me to see if it can be recreated just for you.
☺ For Earring Buyers:
~ I can replace the plated ear-wires with Sterling Silver or Gold-Filled for the following extra prices.
~ Sterling Silver $3.00 or Gold-Filled $5.00.
~ I can also add plated Screw-On or Clips for unpierced ears, at no extra cost.
~ Please let me know if you wish to change earwires when purchasing so I can adjust the invoice.
