My name is Mary Kozlova. I am a full time working jewelry designer. I hope you will enjoy browsing through my shop as much as I have enjoyed creating treasures:).
I live and work in the capital of Russia - Moscow. So, all your packages will be send from Moscow.
•I am happy to present you a special "secret" gift on the purchase over $25 (not including shipping cost). That will be one of my handmade items :))
•Each purchased item will be packaged in a gift bag and is ready to be a present.
•If the item is a gift , I'll be happy to send it to the person with a note "from you", just let me know!
•Shipping withing 1-2 business days of purchase.
•Your items will be shipped only after the payment is cleared.
•I send all packages via international airmail from Moscow (Russia)
•I'll provide you with tracking number.
•Including notes, cards and shipping gifts directly to the recipient are always welcome.
•The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs. I hope you won't be charged for your package as I always mark packages as "gift" in custom declaration.
•Please allow 2-4 weeks for International shipment (packages can be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is not under my control). There really isn't anything I can do once it leaves my hands and needless to say- I appreciate your patience.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
•If you don't receive your package in 45 days after your package be sent - you will receive the full refund (please, contact me).
•If you are not pleased with items:
Certainly I hope you will love and enjoy your items at first sight, but if something go wrong, please, contact me on any issue with the item before living a feedback (I took feedbacks too close to my heart)). There is always a solution. Friendly customer service is my first priority and I'll do my best to solve the problem in a reasonable way for you.
•In any way if you have some problems during the shipping (package does not come, it takes too long and you are in a hurry, your items are damaged) - please contact me before leaving a feedback. I do everything I can to solve all the problems that may arise during the shipping. All packages are insured and I hold all the responsibility about the claims. So, till the moment you have received the package all issues with shipping is my problem - not yours.
• Colors do vary on different monitors.
•Please note that all items are made in a smoke and pet free enviroment and are all in stock, stored separately in zip-lock bags and ready to be shipped.
• Wholesale is welcome.
• I do not work on a consignment basis, sorry.
