I ship via first class mail within 5 days of payment. For heavier orders I can use the one-rate priority packaging.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds/exchanges are given on a case-by-case basis. Happily, this has not been a problem, but I will work with you to make sure you're satisfied. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
