Shipping Information
I ship via first class mail within 5 days of payment. For heavier orders I can use the one-rate priority packaging.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges are given on a case-by-case basis. Happily, this has not been a problem, but I will work with you to make sure you're satisfied. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Please note that the tiny tags featuring people may have the hole punched in an awkward place, such as a face, head, etc. If this is a concern, please order them without the hole.
