I usually create new items and try new ideas on a whim, so you will see a great variety of different items in my shop. I like to work together with my clients, so if you have any questions for me before you buy, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Shipping Information

Shipping usually occurs within 1-2 days of the payment date, and is shipped either USPS First Class or Priority, except with international purchases. If you wish for an item to be insured, please contact me before you buy and I will adjust the cost of shipping to include insurance. Some items will be insured automatically depending on value and fragility.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I do not do refunds. I will, however, insure an item if you contact me ahead of the purchase, and that way if it is damaged in transit then you can be refunded by the post office.

Extra Information

If an item is not paid for within three days of the transaction, it will be re-listed.

All of my glassware is priced based upon the design difficulty rather than the size of an item. Therefore, you may see the same bottle with a different design at two different prices. Please keep in mind design difficulty when requesting a custom item. Words are thin and harder to cut, so they usually add to the price, as do small details, and skinny lines. Plus, accoutrements added to the bottle's neck will also add to the price.
