Welcome to my shop. All my items are made in my smoke free, dog friendly studio. I take great pride in my workmanship and want you to be pleased with anything you purchase.
Shipping Information
All items are shipped to the address on your Paypal account. Most of my items ship by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation within 48 hours of cleared payment. There are a few that I do ship by 1st class mail to keep your cost down.
International customers may want to contact me for actual charges prior to purchase as costs vary greatly. I can then add your specific country and cost to listing prior to purchase.
All customs fees ocurring for international customers are your responsibility. Under no curcumstances will I alter the cost of goods on any customs paperwork for avoiding customs fees or taxes.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact me within 5 days of receipt to arrange for return and refund, less shipping charges. All items must be in new unused condition upon return for refund.
Extra Information
At this time I only take Paypal for payment. All payments need to be made within 24 hours of purchase. Items not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled and relisted. If for some unforseen reason you need to cancel a purchase prior to payment please contact me for cancellation.
All Minnesota residences will be charged a 6.875% sales tax at the time of payment.
