Shipping Information
Shipping and handling fee is for USPS first class to the United States, plus handling expenses. Usually ships in 2-7 business days. Shipping and Handling does not include extra services. A $2.50 charge will be added to the customer's invoice for signature confirmation. Please contact LaDy LaDuke first, before placing an order with extra services. USPS first class International shipping and handling requires customs clearance. Usually ships 6-12 business days. If other methods, including international, bulk or upgrades of shipping are needed, please contact ladyladuke@ladyladuke.com first before placing your order.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Refunds will only be given if within 15 days after receipt of item, customer returns item to LaDy LaDuke in same condition as originally shipped with the invoice and all tags and labels in place. Customer will at own expense ship item with insurance and delivery confirmation to LaDy LaDuke. LaDy LaDuke will inspect item and determine if it is eligible for a refund. LaDy LaDuke will confirm with customer via e-mail if the item is eligible. LaDy LaDuke reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is not in its original condition. There are no exchanges. Damaged items must be reported to LaDy LaDuke within 24 hours after delivery confirmation to be eligible for a refund. If an item is lost in shipping, please contact ladyladuke@ladyladuke.com
Extra Information
LaDy LaDuke accepts payments from PayPal. Within 24 hours of an order placed, an invoice will be sent to the customer with a verified e-mail address. *Note: Invoices for customers in the State of Arizona will display itemized, applicable sales tax.* After receiving the invoice, the customer can complete the payment process and LaDy LaDuke will confirm payment through Pay Pal. LaDy LaDuke will allow 24 hours for complete, confirmed payment from customer after invoice is sent to customer. Customer may cancel order within the first 24 hours from placing order by contacting ladyladuke@ladyladuke.com. If payment is not confirmed through PayPal, the order will be considered cancelled.
