Where what should not be possible is made to be such. Blue Roses are said to be rare, hard to find and that they do not exist in nature. Here we strive to prove them wrong!
Here at Blue Rose, Elves walk with mortals, Fey dance their dreams and bless (or curse) those they come across, and you are able to come many steps closer!
Please feel free to play around Blue Rose but be careful, some creations have thorns!
Please Note: We do also sell our Blue Rose Creations on another site as well. We stay on top of making sure to mark everything that has been SOLD as such on the other site and leave it as a reference. If for whatever reason 2 items are sold (and it has not been marked as SOLD) at almost the same time, the first purchaser will be sent the piece. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that there was a double purchase of the piece and will do what we can to make it right for you (be that in the form of a refund or making you a similar piece asap). If you purchase a piece that is marked as SOLD, you will receive a refund and no piece but you are welcome to send up a Convo and we would be happy to make you a custom! :)
Also we often run little specials! So please check in at the store front to see if there is a special in place!
Our Shipping Charges Include Shipping, Handling, and Packaging for your Item.
We Ship Monday Through Thursday. If your product is Purchased after noon on Thursday, it will often be shipped out the following Monday due to the fact that we are usually out of town on the weekends. If we are not out of town then your item will be shipped out either later that day or Friday! If you need it by a certain date, please keep that in mind when purchasing, and please let us know that.
US customers: tracking is included in Shipping.
International customers: No tracking number is included with First Class. We will give the customs number but one can never know if they will scan it. If you wish tracking, please contact us to add REGISTERED MAIL for an added $14. This way you can track you package.
International Customs: The purchaser is responsible for all customs as when we send out the product we are not always informed that there will be customs to pay on the purchaser's end. Please be aware of your county's laws on shipping.
***All orders can be upgraded to Priority Shipping! US Upgrade is +$4.75. International Shipping Upgrade is +$14.75
This comes with US tracking but not International Tracking.
Express Mail Option:
~~~All orders can be upgraded to EMS (Express Mail Service). For US it is +$19.75 and for International customers it is +$35.25. This comes with both US Tracking and International tracking.
Please be sure the PAYAPL Payment shipping address is correct and where you wish your item to be sent, as that is the place we will be shipping your item to. We will not be using the address given to us via Zibbet. Thank you!
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Fairy wings, pendants/dragon eyes and other items may be returned within 24 hours of the purchaser receiving them. If returning the item, please contact us first so we know the item is on it's way and please give us the tracking number. Such items will be tracked for the safety of both purchaser and Blue Rose. If returning such items, provider pays for return shipping and return tracking. Once the item has been received and checked for damages, purchaser will be refunded amount for item but not shipping and handling.
Blue Rose Creations nor Lady Pirotessa are responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipping. If this is a concern, please ask about insurance. :(
Here is all the important stuff!
If you have a custom request please do not hesitate to contact us! Blue Rose has made fairy wings, hair falls and accessories for weddings, Larping, and other such occasions. Blue Rose has also made perfumes for RPGs, Welcome to Womanhood presents and much more.
Please note that any custom projects over $100, we ask that the client pay a HOLD/Downpayment of $25. This $25 will be deducted from the final cost :)
NO CONTACT/NO PAYMENT ON CUSTOM ORDERS
As soon as we finish your piece, we will make a Listing for you! Once the listing is up, we ask you to pay the remainder within 1 week. At the end of the week, we will send a reminder notice. If you have not paid for your item after two weeks and/or have not contacted us, we will open the item to the public for purchase. Please keep this in mind because if that piece sells and you wish another, then you will be re-added to the bottom of the customs list and asked to prepay. No one wants to go through that!
Need your piece fast?
We do offer "Rush Orders" this means you are bumped to the top of the line (but under any other rush orders). I will work on your piece/s first (or next after another Rush) and make your piece my first priority.
The cost for this is + 5% of the total order (not including Shipping and Handling)
PAYMENTS ON SHOP PIECES:
As soon as we have your payment cleared, then your item will be on its way home to you. Please pay within 24 Hours of purchase. If you have not paid within 24 Hours, we will send out a courtesy reminder. Sadly, if we do not receive payment within 36 hours, then the item may be cancelled and will go back up for resale.
On that note we are really flexible! Just talk to us and let us know if you need a lay away plan or need a few days.
Layway is a payment plan of:
25% of the total of anything under $100 + a non-refundable 2% added only to the first payment.
20% of anything over $100 + a non-refundable 2% added only to the first payment.
Missing Layaway Payments
With Layaways, If a payment is missed, you will be sent a reminder email the day after. If a payment is not made by the end of that week then you will receive a refund of everything that you paid up to that point minus the non-refundable layaway fee of $3.02 and the piece will go back up for resale.
