Shipping Information

Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery time: Usually takes 8-15 business days depending your country.
Some countries might take 21 business days.
Be aware that delivery may take 2 more weeks than usual due to stronger Custom check out.

I don't offer insurance with my shipping (as I want to keep the shipping fees as low as possible), but you certainly can convo me if you want to add it. Of course an additional charge will apply.
I can not take responsibility for any lost, damaged or undelivered items.

All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please make sure your Etsy shipping address matches your PayPal billing address.
If you need your order to be shipped with different address, please notify me when you make a purchase.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want you to absolutely love your new piece of jewelry, and if for whatever reason you decide that particular item is not for you, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item.

The jewelry must be in the original, unused condition in which it was sent. You may choose from a full refund less shipping costs or a credit to purchase a different piece of jewelry.(Return shipping fees are payed by the buyer.)

Once the item is received in its original condition the refund will be made to your PayPal account.

Extra Information

I try to do my best to take photos that have the closest colors to the color of the items. Please note that the colors you see may be slightly different, because of the settings of your monitor.

Sterling silver and gold-filled metals will tarnish when they are exposed to the air. To help keep your jewelry away from oxidizing, keep them stored in a bag which your order comes with.

I highly recommend not to wear your jewelry when swimming or showering.
