Shipping Information

For my patterns, I email them as a pdf file attachment within 24 hours of receiving payment.

For items crocheted by me, I ship ready-to-ship items within 48 hours of receiving payment, generally the next day. For custom items, I generally am able to mail within a week, often sooner. If you have a deadline for receiving an item, please contact me first for an estimated shipping date.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

There are no refunds for pdf files. However, if you received the wrong file, I will certainly send you the correct one. If you have a problem with a pattern, please contact me for assistance so we can solve your issue.

For items that are shipped to you, please contact me if there is any problem with the item. In general, I would ask that you return the item to me and I will refund your purchase. Please contact me with any issues so that we may work out a good solution.

Extra Information

Note that all patterns are tested by myself and at least one other tester. This does not mean that a mistake might not have slipped through the testing. If something does not make sense, please contact me for assistance.
