Shipping Information

Your purchases will be mailed out within 2 days of receiving confirmed payment. I'm as anxious as you are to get your new jewelry from my hands to yours!

Shipments to USA addresses by USPS delivery confirmation provided.

Most shipments to all other addresses outside the USA by USPS First Class International Mail. This does not include insurance or a delivery confirmation.

If you'd like another method of shipment for any of your purchases, please let me know. I'm happy to make arrangements and add actual cost of your desired shipping to your invoice.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you're unhappy: Return (new and unworn condition) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping, insured, is on your nickel.

Your new jewelry has been designed and skillfully created entirely by a real person - adjustments may be made to length, findings, etc to customize for you - most of the time!
