Shipping Information

I accept Paypal, Major Credit Cards, and Money Order.

Payments must be made paid prior to shipment.
All custom orders must be paid prior to product creation.

I accept Paypal and money orders from US & Canadian International orders must be paid by Paypal.

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. If you desire faster shipping, ex: Express Overnight, please contact me for a quote.

All my items are custom made and will vary slightly.
Each dress will be created after your purchase.
Please allow 7 business days before shipment.
If you need your purchase rushed, please contact me & I can give you the status of my current turnaround time.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

As with any new business, there will always be some "bugs" (yuck). That being said, I will make every effort to make your LilFru "the dress of their doggie dreams"! However, if a mistake is made on my end, I will gladly work with you 2 ensure your LilFru is dressed and ready 4 the "Red Carpet"!
If a fabric or supply item is discontinued, a similar (equally adorable) fabric will be substituted - with perfect tutu to match:)
