Welcome to my store policies. I create in a clean space and our home is non-smoking. I keep my items carefully protected from dust and damage. Please keep in mind that all of my items are handmade, and no two will be exactly alike. Items may very slightly from the one in the photo if they are made to order. That is the beauty of handmade items!

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to Contact me, and I will do my best to answer. If there is an issue once you receive your item(s), I will work with you to resolve it. I WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!

All of my items contain small parts, and adult supervision is required for each one.

Shipping Information

I currently use the United States Postal Service to ship all of my items. I use First Class Mail.

Your purchase will be mailed secure in a padded envelope.

My shipping costs reflects actual cost and a small additional amount to offset cost of shipping materials. I do this so that the price of my items can be consistent across all venues, online and in person.

You can upgrade to any insurance or expedited service that the USPS offers, for a commensurate cost. If you are purchasing your item as a gift or need your item by a specific date (for example, a wedding or a holiday), you may want to consider priority or expedited shipping. Most items are ready to ship, even if they do not state so in the description; any item that is made to order specifically states so. Please expect some slight variation in made to order or custom items. This is the beauty of handmade.

GIFT WRAPPING - If you purchase one jewelry / accessory item, it will be gift wrapped. Multiple items may be wrapped together to reduce waste. If you would like items individually wrapped for gift giving, please leave a note to seller at check out.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I package my items in tissue paper, gift box, and padded envelope to avoid damage. I have successfully mailed many items this way, and I do not expect shipping damage.
But should shipping damage occur, I will work happily with you to repair or replace the item, or refund if needed. Please notify me right away if there is shipping damage; damaged items may need to be returned so please keep them.

If repair is needed due to my craftsmanship, I will cover return shipping costs via First Class shipping.

If repair is needed due to general wear and usage, please contact me prior to return. I will happily work with you to repair or replace the item if possible. In most cases, there is not an additional charge; this depends on materials that need to be replaced.

Custom orders:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for Custom or Multiple orders to be complete, once details are finalized and not including shipping times.

I am happy to repeat an item I did in the past if supplies are available. If supplies are not available, I can create something comparable and send pictures for your approval.

Multiples of many items are available, for wedding parties, birthday parties, sleepovers, sororities, etc. I can create multiples all of the same color or of the available colors.

For my decoupaged wood and fabric button earrings, pattern placement may vary slightly; some patterns are available in limited quantities. For my decoupaged wood earrings, some patterns may be available in only the half inch or in the 3/4 inch size, and some patterns may be available in both sizes. Please contact me about details.
