You can return anything for any reason for 30 days for a prompt refund of your money less shipping and handling charges. We like to customize items to your needs. Chain length, drop length of earrings etc. We'll answer questions you have even about items we don't offer for sell (like diamonds). The gemologist is in, and will respond to your requests for information.

None of our jewelry products are designed for or should be purchased for children under 12 years of age.

Shipping Information

We ship USPS first class, and keep proof of mailing. Items lost in the mail, or stolen from doorsteps is not our responsibility. Insurance is available per extra cost quote. 7 % sales tax invoiced to GA (USA) buyers only. All custom, and international tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. We can ship to locations not listed by special shipping quotes per request of buyers.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

You can return anything for any reason for 30 days from your receipt of the item. We'd like to know the reason, but the reason is not required. S & H charges are not refunded. Full refund of purchase price.
