My goal is to keep my customers happy, so let me know if there are any problems!

Shipping Information

I ship via USPS first class shipping. If you would like to upgrade to priority let me know before you make your purchase and I can edit the shipping charge for you.

I offer flat rate shipping to both the US and Canada. If you live outside the US and Canada please contact me for a more accurate shipping rate.

If payment is received via paypal I try to ship within 1-2 business days. This time may vary if you have requested a custom item.

If you are paying with money order or personal check I will ship within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared in my account. This could take up to 1 week after payment is received.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

In the case of damage or loss during shipping I can either replace or refund your order.

If the bow is damaged due to faulty crafting within 7 days of arrival I can either replace or refund your order.

If your bow is damaged due to faulty crafting between 7 days and 30 days after its arrival I can replace your order.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of faulty crafting. If for some other reason you wish to return an item please send it back in new condition and I will happily refund the cost of your order less the shipping.

**If for any reason I am unable to replace your order as it was (materials no longer available, etc.) I can either work with you to make a new bow, or I will refund your order.

Extra Information

I will do custom orders so please let me know if you are not seeing what you are looking for!

Simply let me know your price range, size, color(s), style, type of clip and anything else you would like on your bow.

I accept paypal, money orders, and personal checks.

I will also accept cash if you live in the area and would like to arrange for pick up. Note: If you arrange for pick up you will not be required to pay shipping, and I will only accept paypal or cash.

I must receive payment within 3 business days if paying via paypal and within 6 business days if paying by check or money order.

If you need to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours. Once the item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
