Lucrezia's Delight is a purveyor of fine millinery and hair goods for the discerning. Built from the ground up, with buckram, wire, fine brilliantly-colored silks and lush feathers, my hand-made, one-of-a-kind hats dress you up – you’re ready for lunch with friends or a night on the town. Beaded hair accessories - original designs created from reclaimed antique and vintage beads, bright findings and Swarovski crystals, shine in the light and put the focus on you. An original creation from Lucrezia's Delight is an investment in beauty, quality, and a lifetime of pleasure.

About me:
I have been creating and building the weird, the crazy, and the just plain, “Why?!” for more than 25 years. My interests in costuming first led me to a degree in fashion from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco. Professionally, I was Stitcher and First Hand at Ballet San Jose’s costume department for seven seasons and most recently was Costume Assistant for the independent film I Want To Get Married (dir. Billy Clift). Since 2010, I have been Collections Intern at the Magnes Collection of Jewish Art and Life (previously known as the Judah L Magnes Museum) in Berkeley, CA.

Volunteering with the National Civil War Association for over a decade has been an ideal way to share my passion for historical costume and millinery with others. As a member of Costumers Guild West and Silicon Web, I have also been able to express my love of cosplay and gothic-style costumes.

I hope you enjoy wearing my millinery and hair pins as much as I do making them!
