Hello, and welcome to Lucrezia's Delight. I love creating and building hats, especially small gothic, Loli, and cosplay hats. I prefer silk over polyester (excepting the stands - sometimes a sparkle polyester is what really wants to be used!), both in fabric and thread. Half the fun of creation is seeing what fabrics and trims speak to me. Each hat and stand tells me what it wants to be.
Shipping Information
All hats and stands include free Priority Shipping within the United States, tracking, and insurance. If being shipped outside the states, please write me for a quote. All hats and stands come wrapped and packed in tissue for safe transport. VERY IMPORTANT: International buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may apply.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I can exchange for another. I understand that each hat and stand must find its owner, and sometimes it takes some thinking. Please be sure to ship the hat and stand back in their original packaging, and include a tracking number and insurance, within seven days. The hat and stand must be in unworn/new condition. If a purchase gets lost in transit, or damaged, postal insurance will help cover the loss.
