Shipping Information

All items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment clears. All items are shipped with tracking numbers.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted within 3 business days after confirmed delivery. Buyer pays return shipping with delivery confirmation. I will credit the buyer back after item has been received and inspected. If you are unsatisfied in any way I am open to discuss any possible means of rectifying your issue. If you have a specific color of an item that you are looking for please contact me and I will work with you to make the perfect item. I reserve the right to make substitutions of like materials based on availability. (ie) different brands of yarn, beads, decorations, etc. Please contact me if you have any questions.
