Shipping Information

All my items will be sent with Registered Priority Mail to Worldwide within 1-5 working days after cleared payment.
From a smoke-free and pet-free home.

*I can supply the tracking code, which can be used most of the countries postal site.

My items are giftwrapped in a handmade pillow box with handmade heart tag, and wrapped in bubblewrap. For keeping the postage fee low, I send 1-2 items in envelope if possible.
Sometimes during the posting the Petals can flatten down. But they will bounce back to shape with this method. Hold the pin with one hand and the other hand crunch the petals gently upwards, they usually bounce back to shape.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me via Etsy conversation within 2 working days you have received the item.
I will refund the price of the item once I receive it in unused and in it's original condition. Refunds will not include shipping fees.
All I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Extra Information

*Please note: I often use the same photo on my items. I try my best to make a similar piece ( I use the same color material), but due to all of my item handmade by myself, they will be slightly different than the photos. The one that you receive will be similar to the one pictured but due to the nature of handmade, no two will be exactly alike.
It's not apply to the Reserved Customer orders, I use a photo of the finished items only.
